Friday, November 12 we present to you SYN BEAUTY BAR – a wonderful place to get a 10 minute manicure (yes, that’s right, they do exist) or a fabulous Henna tattoo for $5 each ($8 for both a manicure and tattoo) and escape the madness and stress that is McGill in November.

Here is something to put you in the beauty bar mood – I mean, who doesn’t love Grease?

From 12-4PM at GERTS BAR (basement of SSMU [3600 McTavish Street] at McGill University) come get a manicure, peruse the VINTAGE CLOTHING SALE and $1 Grab Bin for second-hand gems or pick up some glamorous fake eyelashes from the amazing Tina Chu.

We will also be selling RAFFLE tickets with amazing prizes such as a gift certificate to ROUGE Nail Bar for a Manicure/Pedicure + OPI nail polish of your choice ($90 value), 2 tickets to a Montreal Canadiens hockey game, an iPod nano and many more!  Winners will be announced at the Cast Party that night, so make sure you come out to Tonic! On a side note, we had our Model/Dancer Orientation today and it went SO WELL!  Thank you so much to everyone who came out today, we are so excited for the show this year, it’s going to be amazing.  Speaking of , we have an official date and venue for the show!  It will be on FRIDAY, JANUARY 28, 2011 at TELUS THEATRE [1280 rue St. Denis]

One More Time

Hey everyone,

in case you missed this past week’s auditions, you’re in luck.  We are having ONE LAST MODEL CASTING tomorrow (Tuesday, October 26) at LaSalle College (2000 St. Catherine West) from 11-1PM.  These auditions will only be for models; girls, please don’t forget to bring heels to walk in!

Thank you thank you thank you to everyone who came out the past 3 days to our auditions! We really appreciate the support, and we saw some amazing models and dancers this week!

For those of you who auditioned, our VP Internal will contact you by the end of next week to let you know our decision.  In the mean time, get some rest, enjoy the weekend and start getting stoked for Halloween!  Any great costume suggestions out there?

LAST DAY OF AUDITIONS!

Hurry! Don’t miss it! Today is the LAST DAY FOR MODEL/DANCER AUDITIONS FOR SYNESTHASIA!

We want everyone and anyone to be there, bring yo swag people!

HAPPENING:

TONIGHT @ TONIC NIGHTCLUB [2313 St. Catherine West and Atwater - the entrance is actually on Atwater, right beside the entrance to Forum 22] – Metro Atwater

7-9PM

Dancers, please be there at 7PM so that you can register and have time to warm up before the auditon starts!

Models, drop in anytime between 7 and 9PM; girls don’t forget to bring heels!

If the incessant facebook posts, emails, fliers and messages aren’t enough incentive, why not come show up the exec members who think they’re all that?

Where have all the pretty people gone?

Yep, it’s that time of year again.  The leaves are changing, turkey dinners abound, and SynesthASIA 2011 Model/Dancer Auditions are next week! That’s right, starting next Tuesday, October 19 we are holding auditions at Tonic Nightclub (2313 St. Catherine West) on St. Catherine’s and Atwater [metro station: Atwater].

Ladies, please don’t forget to bring HEELS and your fiercest walk, and for the men out there, we want to see some swagger! No experience necessary, just come out and walk for us!  P.S. Exec is mostly female this year, so boys you might want to capitalize on this

Auditions for models will run on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of next week (October 19-21) from 7-9 PM

Dancer auditions will be held on Wednesday and Thursday (October 20 & 21) at the same time as the model auditions (7-9PM).  Dress comfortably as you will be learning choreography and showing off your skills to our head dance choreographer.
